The National Testing Agency has opened its Observer Management Portal for institutions to apply for CBT or pen‑and‑paper exam centre empanelment, with applications accepted until December 6.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced that its Observer Management Portal is now live for entities seeking empanelment as computer‑based test (CBT) or traditional pen‑and‑paper exam centres. The portal will remain open for applications until 6 December, after which no further submissions will be entertained.
Applicants must satisfy category‑specific eligibility, which includes age limits and service‑related criteria defined by the NTA. Along with meeting these prerequisites, candidates are required to upload the mandated documents, such as proof of infrastructure, accreditation certificates, and identity verification.
All submissions are to be made exclusively online through the NTA portal, where applicants can track the status of their request and receive notifications. The agency has urged interested institutions to complete the process promptly to avoid missing the deadline.
The move aims to streamline the selection of reliable exam centres across the country, ensuring uniform standards for upcoming national level examinations conducted by the NTA.
