Stars Vijay and Trisha grace wedding reception of Jagan Reddy's cousin's daughter in Chennai

Veteran Tamil film star Vijay and popular actress Trisha were seen at a wedding reception in Chennai on Saturday. The event was the celebration of the daughter of Jagan Reddy's cousin, a relative of the prominent political family. Both actors arrived together and mingled with guests, posing for photographs that were later released to the media.
The reception, held at a private venue in the city, drew attention due to the high‑profile nature of the attendees. While the couple’s presence was the main focus, the gathering also featured several other members of the film fraternity and local dignitaries.
India Today confirmed the appearance, noting that the stars appeared in casual attire and exchanged greetings with the bride's family. No official statements were issued by the actors or the wedding party regarding the occasion.
The event underscores the close ties between the Tamil film industry and influential political families in the region, a relationship that often surfaces at social functions.
No further details about the wedding ceremony itself have been disclosed, and the focus remains on the celebrity attendance at the reception.
