SpiceJet Flight Cancellation Sparks Clash at Bengaluru Airport, Video Viral

Passengers of a SpiceJet flight scheduled to depart from Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport were left stranded when the airline cancelled the flight at the last minute. The sudden cancellation prompted frustration among the travelers, who gathered near the departure gate. Tensions escalated when airline staff attempted to manage the situation, resulting in a physical altercation that was recorded by on‑site passengers.

The video, which shows passengers pushing and shouting at staff, quickly spread across social media platforms, drawing criticism of SpiceJet’s handling of the incident. Airline officials have yet to release a formal statement regarding the confrontation or the reasons behind the abrupt cancellation.

SpiceJet has faced previous scrutiny over flight cancellations and customer service, but this incident marks the first time a confrontation has been captured and shared widely. Authorities at the airport are reportedly reviewing security protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future.
