Suriya and Nazriya Nazim's film 'Scene' has collected over ₹37 crore in its first two days but has failed to surpass the opening haul of 'Karuppu'.
The Tamil-language film 'Scene,' starring Suriya and Nazriya Nazim, has crossed the ₹37 crore mark in its second day of theatrical release. The film has shown steady box office performance, accumulating significant revenue across the country.
Despite the strong collection, industry observers note that 'Scene' has not been able to beat the opening haul of the concurrent release 'Karuppu.' This comparison has become a focal point for box office analysts tracking the performance of recent Tamil cinema releases.
The film's performance highlights the competitive nature of the current theatrical market, where multiple high-profile releases are vying for audience attention. The ₹37 crore figure indicates a healthy start for the production, though it falls short of the benchmark set by its competitor.
As the film enters its second week, attention will shift to its weekend collections and overall trajectory in the market.
