The Rajasthan government has served a charge sheet on senior RAS officer Pankaj Ojha regarding alleged communal and caste-based social media posts, demanding a response within 15 days.

The Rajasthan state administration has initiated disciplinary action against a senior civil servant following allegations of sharing inflammatory content on social media platforms. Pankaj Ojha, a serving RAS officer, has been served with a formal charge sheet by the government.

The action was taken on the grounds that Ojha allegedly shared posts that were provocative, caste-based, and communal in nature. Such content is considered a violation of the code of conduct expected of government officials in Rajasthan.

As part of the disciplinary proceedings, the administration has granted Ojha a deadline of 15 days to submit his written response to the charges. The case highlights the increasing scrutiny on the digital footprint of public servants in the state.
