Rahul Gandhi pinned two short videos of Home Minister Amit Shah on his X account, suggesting internal confusion over the SIR debate.
In a post that remains pinned on his X profile, Rahul Gandhi shared two brief video excerpts of Home Minister Amit Shah. The first clip dates back to last year, while the second was recorded on Thursday. By juxtaposing the two, Gandhi appears to imply that the ruling party is grappling with contradictory positions on the controversial SIR (Special Investigation Report) discussion.
The clips have quickly circulated on social media, prompting analysts to note that Gandhi is using visual material to question the coherence of the government's stance. No official response from the Ministry of Home Affairs has been issued as of now.
Political observers say the move underscores the heightened tension between opposition leaders and the ruling coalition ahead of upcoming parliamentary sessions, where the SIR issue is expected to feature prominently.
