After a 36-hour ED raid at her residence in Moga, Punjab MLA Amandeep Kaur stated that no evidence was found and alleged that the BJP offered her a position via phone.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) concluded its 36-hour search operation at the residence of Punjab MLA Amandeep Kaur in Moga. Following the conclusion of the raid, the legislator addressed the media to clarify the findings of the investigation.

MLA Amandeep Kaur asserted that the ED officials did not recover any significant evidence or assets from her home during the search. She maintained that the raid did not yield the results the investigating agency was reportedly seeking.

In a significant political development, the MLA also leveled serious accusations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). She claimed that during the period of the raid, she received a telephone call from BJP representatives offering her an opportunity to join their party.

The incident has added a layer of political controversy to the ongoing legal proceedings in Punjab, with the MLA linking the enforcement action to broader political maneuvering.
