The Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters has issued a new order regarding the transfer of senior officers. The administration has reassigned the duties of eight IPS officers to streamline operations within the state force.
In a significant personnel change, Director General of Police (DIG) Avadhesh Kumar Goswami has been appointed as the Personal Security Officer (PSO) to the Director General of Police (DGP). This move places a senior officer directly in charge of the DGP's security details.
Additionally, the order assigns specific responsibilities to other officers. Vinay Kapoor has been given the charge of Cyber and Community Policing, focusing on digital security and public engagement initiatives within the state.
