Gujarat Energy Corporation and UAE's ADNOC have signed a strategic agreement to procure 4 million tonnes of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

Gujarat Energy Corporation (GEC) has entered into a significant procurement agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). The deal secures the supply of 4 million tonnes of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for the Indian state.

This strategic partnership aims to strengthen energy security and ensure a stable supply of clean fuel for Gujarat's industrial and power sectors. The agreement highlights the growing energy ties between India and the United Arab Emirates.

The procurement is expected to support the state's infrastructure development and meet the rising demand for natural gas in various economic activities within Gujarat.
