The BJP has criticized Rahul Gandhi for sharing a video of Home Minister Amit Shah, claiming it was taken out of context during the ongoing SIR controversy.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a sharp attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi following the sharing of a video clip featuring Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The political row has intensified amidst the existing controversy surrounding the Special Investigation Report (SIR) on the 2024 elections.
Party officials alleged that the video shared by Rahul Gandhi was misleading and taken out of context. They argued that the clip was manipulated to create a false narrative against the Home Minister and the central government. The BJP emphasized that such tactics are aimed at sowing confusion among the public during a sensitive political period.
The controversy over the SIR has already led to significant political exchanges between the ruling party and the opposition. With the sharing of this video, the debate has shifted to the credibility of the media content being circulated by political leaders. The BJP has urged the public to verify the full context of the video before drawing conclusions.
No immediate response was available from Rahul Gandhi or the Congress party regarding the specific allegations of misrepresentation at the time of reporting. The political landscape remains tense as both sides continue to engage in verbal sparring over the SIR and related media clips.
