Bihar Chief Minister Smriti Choudhary has launched a stipend scheme to provide monthly financial assistance to young advocates starting their legal careers in the state.

The Bihar government has introduced a new financial support initiative aimed at assisting young legal professionals who are beginning their careers in the state. Chief Minister Smriti Choudhary officially launched the stipend scheme, marking a significant step towards supporting the livelihood of junior advocates.

Under this scheme, selected young advocates will receive a fixed monthly stipend to help them manage their initial expenses while establishing their practice. The move is intended to provide economic stability to those in the early stages of their legal journey, reducing the financial burden often associated with starting a new profession.

During the launch event, the Chief Minister handed over cheques to the beneficiaries, symbolizing the start of the disbursement process. The state administration emphasized that this support is designed to encourage talented youth to pursue and sustain their careers in the legal field within Bihar.

The scheme targets specific groups of young advocates who meet the eligibility criteria set by the state government. By providing regular monthly payments, the initiative seeks to create a more supportive environment for the legal community in the region.
