Bhopal's Diwali: 6:02‑8:01 pm is the Auspicious Time for Lakshmi Puja, Astrologer Says

During Diwali, the worship of Goddess Lakshmi is considered essential for prosperity. In Bhopal, astrologer Pandit Jagdish Sharma has announced that the most auspicious window for Lakshmi and Ganesha puja is from 6:02 pm to 8:01 pm on the festival day. The timing coincides with a Vṛṣabha ascendant, which is believed to bring stability and wealth. The period also falls under Pradōṣa kāla, a phase that can mitigate any negative influences. Devotees are advised to prepare the traditional materials—golden lamps, sweets, and fresh flowers—before the auspicious time to ensure a smooth and prosperous ceremony.
