ASI Suspended After Firing Incident in Madhubani; Murder Case Filed

Following a shooting incident in Bairajgarh, Babu Burehi block, Madhubani, the district administration has suspended the involved Assistant Sub-Inspector and filed a murder case against him.
The shooting incident occurred in Bairajgarh village of Babu Burehi block, Madhubani district, where an Assistant Sub-Inspector allegedly fired at civilians.
In response, the district administration suspended the ASI immediately and registered a murder case against him at Babu Burehi police station.
Five specialized teams have been formed to locate and arrest the officer, and a reward of ₹25,000 has been announced for information leading to his apprehension.
The administration has stressed that strict action will be taken and is coordinating with investigative agencies to ensure justice.
